Plain answers, written in our own voice.

These are the questions that come up most often when someone is deciding whether the Manyi Life house is for them. The answers are short on purpose — if a question deserves a longer treatment, we will write a journal entry and link to it.

What is Manyi Life, in one sentence?
Manyi Life is a small group that operates a portfolio of subscription experiences for the long arc of a person's life — currently three brands: Airmauve, NI Infinite, and Apexhone. The group itself does not sell anything directly; each brand stands on its own.
Why three separate brands instead of one super-app?
Because the kind of work each brand does — recording milestones, compounding financial knowledge, sharpening judgment before consequential decisions — calls for a different visual language, tone, and community shape. A super-app version of these would be a compromise that lands none of them well. We would rather keep three quiet rooms than build one loud lobby.
Do I need three separate accounts?
No. One Manyi Life Account signs you in to all three brands. The first time you create an account at any brand site, the same credentials work at the other two. Identity is shared; what you do inside each brand stays inside that brand.
Is there a group bundle? A discount for joining all three?
No. Each brand runs its own membership, and we deliberately do not bundle. We would rather each brand earn the relationship on its own merits than train members to pick "the cheapest combination." If a brand's value does not stand on its own, a discount cannot rescue it.
What does the group actually see about me?
The group layer holds the minimum identity record needed to recognize you as the same person across brands — and the fact that you signed in. It does not see your journal entries on Airmauve, your reading on NI Infinite, or your decision logs on Apexhone. Behavioral and content data stay encrypted inside each brand.
What happens if I want to leave?
You can cancel any brand's subscription independently — leaving one does not affect the others. If you want to delete your Manyi Life Account entirely, you can do that from the account page; we honor deletion requests and are explicit in the privacy policy about what is retained for legal reasons and for how long.
Will there be more brands?
Eventually, yes — but slowly, and not on a calendar. A new brand only opens when we have a real, distinct domain of life to serve, and the right people to do it well. We would rather wait several years than ship a brand we are not proud to operate for a decade.
Why don't you show the founders' faces or names on the site?
We chose to keep the public surface focused on the work, not the operators. The founders' letters are signed and public; their names appear there. We are not anonymous — we are just deliberately quiet about the personalities, because at this stage we would rather you judge the products than the people.
How do I get help if something is wrong?
For brand-specific questions (a booking issue, a subscription, a feature) write to the brand directly — each brand has a support address on its site. For account or sign-in problems that span brands, write to hello@manyilife.com. We read every email and reply within 1–2 business days (Asia/Taipei).
