How we work
We do not chase growth metrics, mimic Silicon Valley jargon, or treat people as resources. Good products take time. Good people deserve patience. We refuse to compromise on either.
Roles we expect to hire for (H2 2026 onward)
Below is the shape of what we expect to open progressively over the next twelve months. Actual timing will follow each brand's revenue and retention rhythm — we will not hire fast for the sake of hiring fast.
Senior Product Engineer
Airmauve / NI Infinite / Apexhone
Owns a feature end to end, from Postgres schema to React UI. We do not separate front- and back-end — we hire people who can carry a product decision from idea to production.
Editorial Lead
NI Infinite
Translates investment-bank-grade financial analysis into content that subscribers actually finish. Ideal background: research, analyst, or financial journalism, with your own view on what subscription-grade content looks like.
Brand & Visual Designer
Group-shared
Can move fluently between three distinct brand voices — Airmauve's softness, NI Infinite's professionalism, Apexhone's sharpness — without losing the group's craft standard. Will own long-form assets: annual letters, brand guidelines, identity systems.
What we won't do
- —We don't post intern openings to obtain cheap labour.
- —We don't use "Family" or "Tribe" rhetoric to bind people.
- —We don't expect overtime and we don't reward long hours.
- —We don't take "low ability, high passion" relationships — ability is the bar; passion is a bonus.
- —We don't include unpaid take-home assignments. Anything beyond one hour of trial work is paid.
